Activity “The Space on my island 2019”

Expolab, which is a Portuguese science center responsible for science communication, came to RAEGE Santa Maria’s Station, on August 12 (2019), to carry out an activity addressed to the youngest, called “The Space on my island” which consisted of showing them how a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) ground station works and how the communication with the network’s satellites is done.
