On December 1, 2021, Santa Maria’s RAEGE Station received the executive of the Regional Government of the Azores, on what was the second day of the constitutional visit to Santa Maria Island.
On Wednesday morning, while visiting the Station, the Regional Government executive came to better understand the importance of an infrastructure such as RAEGE in the Azores and assumed the commitment to maintain the investment in the Atlantic Network of Space and Geodynamic Stations through RAEGE-Az.
